Legal and informational guidance specific to Indian pet ownership laws
The Services are intended for educational and informational purposes only and do not replace professional veterinary advice.
5. AI-Powered Assistance (Pawpa)
The Pawpa feature integrates Gemini AI technology to deliver general pet-care insights related to health, nutrition, training, and laws.
By using Pawpa, you acknowledge and agree that:
AI interactions are processed through Gemini’s servers.
You should not share sensitive personal, medical, or financial data.
The responses generated by Pawpa are educational, not diagnostic or prescriptive.
Cannis Lupus Services India Private Limited is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
You may delete your AI chat history within the app at any time.
6. Information We Collect
When you use our Services, we may collect the following types of data:

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering of the app is strictly prohibited.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cannis Lupus Services India Private Limited shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Loss of data, profits, or reputation due to service interruptions or AI-generated content.
Errors or omissions in information provided by Pawpa or other features.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use and delete your account.
15. Termination

Extended inactivity or account abuse
Upon termination, all associated data will be deleted as per our retention policy.

Once deleted, all user and pet data is permanently erased from our systems within 30 days.
