Dissatisfied with your purchase? Don't worry, we are here to assist you. If you wish to return/exchange any product ordered from Fur Ball Story's website, check out the eligibility criteria and follow the steps mentioned below:

Eligibility Criteria

Before requesting a return or exchange, please review our eligibility criteria:

  • Damaged Products: For the damaged products, replacement will be issued once our team has ascertained the degree of the damage.
  • Missing Products: In case the product is missing from the package, we will dispatch the missing item after assessing the unboxing video provided by you.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If the product delivered to you is different from the ordered product, a replacement will be issued.
  • Incorrect Product Ordered: If you have placed an order for any incorrect product, it will not be eligible for return. 
  • Rectified order: Once the pickup of damaged product is complete, the rectified product will be delivered within 4-6 working days.
  • Refund Policy: You are eligible for refund only in case if you have received damaged or incorrect product (when you had ordered correct product), and you do not wish for us to send the order again.

Return Process

If your order falls under any of the eligibility criteria mentioned above, follow the procedure below to process your return. To return/exchange any product ordered from our website, you will be required to submit an unboxing video of your order. Check out the return process below: 

Step 1: Record a video to show that the outer box is sealed and hasn't been tampered with.
Step 2: Unbox the product in front of the camera to show the packaging condition in the video.
Step 3: Share the video with us over our email address - info@furballstory.com. 

 

Please note: The video must be free of edits and cuts. Our team will assess the situation and process requests for eligible items within 4-6 working days.
