Today, Fur Ball Story is not just our dream anymore, it is the choice of a thriving community of pet parents and pets. We have touched the lives of more than 500,000 pets and earned the trust of over 48,000 vets across India. As we continue to stay rooted in Ayurveda, we are also spreading our wings globally. This year, we exhibited at Zoomark in Italy, exported our first batch to the United States, and proudly carry our message forward: Ayurveda for Animals Rooted in India, Ready for the World.

While we were working to find solutions, Emami recognized our mission and joined us as a strategic partner. What started as a personal struggle now had a much bigger purpose. Together, we launched the safest, licensed, and Ayurvedic wellness products for pets. Soon pet parents embraced our vision, and our Ayurvedic products became a trusted choice across India.

This was the year that broke our hearts and gave us a new purpose. We lost our beloved therapy dog, Bailey to a faulty medicine. The pain was devastating, but what hurt more was realizing that the medicine she was being given, was not even licensed. It revealed the bitter truth that the pet healthcare industry lacked trusted, dependable options. That is when we decided to act & formulated our very first batch of healthcare & wellness products. Instead of searching for a trusted brand, we decided to be one!

One cold message changed everything. It led to a media feature, and suddenly our phones wouldn’t stop ringing. Soon after, our Furry Army was invited to be stationed at the Mumbai International Airport. Then on, there was no turning back. We began conducting Animal Assisted Activities in corporates, residences and schools. Along the way, we discovered a dearth of several pet friendly services which resulted in the launch of our very own Pet Friendly Café in Gurugram, a space where pets were welcome & hoomans were tolerated.

The idea of Animal Assisted Therapy was born & so Angel, Muffin, and Cocoa entered our lives. When we first reached out, no one believed in the concept. Calls and emails often went unanswered, but we neither stopped, nor lost hope. Deep down, we knew this was something the world needed.
